Add one block of pepper jack cheese. Now, we're going to add one block of cream cheese. I'm using reduced fat so it's healthier. Now, we're going to add one can of Rotel tomatoes with green chilies. Now, we're going to add another can of just green chilies, alright? And now, we need some jalapeno. There's some pickled jalapeno in the fridge. Would you grab that? Sure can. Pickled jalapeno. Uh there it is right here. Pickled jalapeno. Alright. Great. Now, this is the tamed one but this is medium but if you want to go extra hot, feel free and use the regular hot jalapeno. We're just going to put that here in the corner. Use a few sprinkles. Now, I've got one pound of lean ground beef. We use the lean because it's healthier and now we're going to add some taco seasoning to that. I'm just kind of dousing it with taco seasoning. This is going to be our taco of the town. You and your jokes. We're going to mix that up. Making sure everything is mixed and then we're going to add that to our air fryer. Okay? We're just going to dump that right on top and that's it. That's all you gotta do. Close it up. We are going to air fry for five minutes at 350 degrees and then, it's time to taste test. Now, you're going to enjoy this queso dip with tortilla chips. This is my favorite brand but I've got a hack for you if you are somebody that's on a keto or low-carb diet, maybe you're diabetic. You can make your own tortilla chips using these low-carb tortillas. You just going to slice this up. Spray it with a little bit of olive oil. You can pop it in the air fryer or in the oven. Of course, you want to add a little bit of salt and then you've got your tortilla chips and they're low carb. Love it. Alright, let's see how it looks. Now, we're going to stir it up. Your cheese should be nice and melty. You just want to stir that up. See that nice and melty cheese. Once we get it mixed, we're going to put this back in for another five minutes or so so we can make sure all of our cheeses are totally melted. Alright, and now we're going to pop that back in for five more minutes at 350 and then it's going to be time to taste test. Three. Alright, five minutes later and we are ready to stir it up. Look at that. Perfect. All of our cheese is nice and melty. This is going to be a delicious dip that everyone is going to love and we're about to find out right now exactly how yummy this dip really is. Kyle, you're going to come taste test this, right? Absolutely. Alright, I'm going in for the first bite. I cannot wait to try it. Cheesy goodness. Alright, here we go. I'm coming in. Mm hmm. Here we go. Alright. You're going to love it. Go. Ooh. Got some jalapeno there. Now, if you don't like spicy, you can leave the jalapeno out but we like it. So good. It's so it's like cheesy goodness right here. It's so good.
