my wedding

I like the bible verse "We love because he loved us first" which is from 1 John 4:19. I think this is important because we need to remember to love our spouse the same Jesus loves us and how we are supposed to love him back. Jesus's love is selfless and unconditional; the love between two spouses needs to be the same also. Another quote I like is "I want a marriage more beautiful than my wedding". I think this shows a wedding is a very fun and exciting time but if your marriage isnt the same as when you first got married then something is not right. A wedding should not be the only time to be excited, bubbly, or happy, but throughout the whole marriage. I also like the bible verse, Ruth 1:16 which says, "Where you go I will go and where you stay I will stay." This is definitely how a marriage should be. Both people in the relationship must be willing to make sacrifices for the other one. Neither one can ever give up on each other even when times are hard.
