RECIPE

Bao

Dry Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
5 g active yeast (approx 2 tsp)
2 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients

1 cup warm milk
1/2 cup warm water
1 tbsp oil
