Never alter or touch her natural roots because if you do you will create another line of demarcation and that’s what you need to stay away from.  For this transformation I used @pulpriothair cream bleach with 20 vol developer until I reached level 10 pale blonde. I then used @pravana platinum express toner for about 15 minutes with zero lift developer to cancel all the yellow tone, then I used pravana 8sbv ( Smokey series) to create the low lights based on the roots pattern.
