RIZ DJON DJON (2servings)

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of djon djon
- 1 cup of riz shella
- 3/4 cup of green peas
- 2tbsp Épis
- Clove powder
- Scotch bonnet pepper
- Salt
- Green onions

INSTRUCTIONS

- boil 1 cup of djon djon in 3 cups of water for 15-30mns 
- Strain the water and squeeze the djon djon to get all the liquid out
- In a pot add:
-  Oil, épis, green peas, clove powder
- Add 2 cups of the djon djon water
- Add green onions
- Add 1 cup of riz shella (washed)
- Add a scotch bonnet pepper 
- Mix everything together 
- Cover it up and lower the heat to medium 
- Let it cook for 25mns
