Do each exercise between 45 and 60 seconds, 3 to 4 sets (or until you feel your body open up and you’re more comfortable). All exercises can be adapted to suit your level, for instance by using blocks

1. DYNAMIC PYRAMID

3. PIGEON POSE
4. SPLITS WITH BLOCK

I would recommend doing this routine 2 to 3 times a week. Be consistent and you will quickly see results 🤍
