Ice Cream Pinata:   Cone- card board stock rolled and taped into a cone shape.    Scoops- plastic wrap laid over bowls and then paper maiched wrapped around them.  Set in microwave for approx. 1-3 minutes (1 minute at a time) until dry.  Allow to cool before attempting to remove from bowl.  Ea. done separately then taped together with packing tape.  Cone and scoops taped together and then paper maiched.    Blocks:   Card board stock cut into squares and paper maiched to form 'boards'.
