You asked for some process videos so here's what a canvas prep day in the studio looks like. 🔮

Step-by-step breakdown:
• Stretch canvas drum tight
• Tape off edges and seal with acrylic gel medium (I leave my edges raw. If you like a white edge you can do this after the gesso)
• 1st coat of gesso and a quick dry sand to remove fibers
• 2nd coat of gesso and wet sand until smooth
• Final coat of gesso and wet sand until smooth
• Let fully dry and tone with a transparent oil wash (I keep mine thick and rub it into the canvas for maximum saturation!)

TA-DA! 💖 Let me know in the comments if you'd like to see more process videos! 😙" Canvas Prep, Acrylic Gel Medium, Wet Sand, Dry Sand, Gel Medium, Acrylic Gel, In The Studio, The Studio, Quick Dry
