Sugar Cove Sweets by Brittany Bolus on Instagram: "2-Tier Stacking Tips  I just love a 2-tier cake 🥹   My Top 2-Tier Stacking Tips:  - Always stack COLD cakes, to avoid any chances of messing up your beautiful buttercream! - Measure and cut the bubble tea straws, I always keep the slanted end since it is easier to push into the cake.  - You must have supports in your bottle tier, to keep the cake from collapsing. I usually use one less support than the size of the tier above. For example, for a 6” cake tier above, the bottom tier would have 4 bubble tea straws, and the center dowel.
