Mona Fox on Instagram: "A couple of shots of the kitchen/dining room..the first taken from the armchair in the corner and the second looking back at this reading nook. The idea here (like in other rooms) was to make it less kitcheny and more multi-functional, so there is a stud wall at the end of the brass island with space behind that hides the ‘workhorse’ kitchen -with lots of storage, the oven, dishwasher, pot-washing big sink etc. The smaller sink on the island is the ‘clean’ sink, for veg prep and drinking water. At the other end of the room a large 2m x 2m bookcase features. It’s a lovely spot for a morning read on those precious days where there’s time. It may be true that if one of us is there reading, Iggy will glare at us until we move😆..but that’s another story! 📖😼 #kitchen
