We're starting off with one large bag of frozen cheese tortellini, one pound of cooked ground beef, one can of Rotel not drained, one can of beans washed and drained. Once we have those in there, I'm going to go ahead and grab my frozen corn and we're going to add about eight ounces of frozen corn. You can use canned corn if you prefer. Next, I'm going to add one block of eight ounce cream cheese. Next to my cream cheese, I'm going to put about eight ounces of sour cream right in our pan. We're going to season this with one package of taco seasoning. You can use whatever taco seasoning you like. Next, we're going to add six cups of chicken broth. We're going to cover this so that we can keep the moisture in and we're going to cook it at 350 for about 60 minutes. Once it's been 60 minutes, we'll take off the foil and it's time to mix together our delicious Mexican tortellini soup. Once it's all mixed together, it is ready to serve. This soup is so perfect for the fall. It's so yummy and everyone will love it. I hope you guys get to try it and enjoy. So good.
