BACK STRETCHES 🧘♀️ ⠀ Remember to LIKE & SAVE for later! 🤗⠀ ⠀ The cover shows my backbend BEFORE I did these stretches and then AFTER about 10 minutes of practicing these stretches. ✨✨⠀ ⠀ Move through each of these poses holding them for 5-10 breaths.
