Keep elbow around shoulder height and take your time. 3. Narrow Row to Open Fly —> first draw elbows down and in narrow, engaging below the shoulder blades. Then push arms forward and open wide. Keep long arms at shoulder height. Think about open the chest fully. 4. Long Alternate Reaches —> keeping arms long, lean forward from the hip and slowly extend alternating arms. There is no swinging here!!
