🦀 Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe Ingredients: 4 large bell peppers, halved and seeded 1/2 pound crab meat 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and chopped 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix together the crab, shrimp, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Parmesan, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stuff the Peppers: Spoon the mixture into the bell pepper halves. Bake: Place the peppers in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is golden and the peppers are tender. Serve: Garnish with additional parsley and serve warm.
