Garlic pickle/ Lehsun ka achar
Ingredients • 1/2 cup garlic cloves • 3-4 green chillies ( slit) • 2 inch ginger ( julienned) • 1 tbsp red chilli powder • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder • 1 tsp mustard seeds • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds • 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds • Pinch of hing • 1 tsp salt • 1/4 cup oil • 2 tbsp vinegar/ lemon juice Instructions • Heat oil in a pan • Add garlic cloves, green chilli and ginger, saute till the garlic cloves turn slightly golden. • Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and hing. Mix well. Let this mixture cool down. • In an another pan add mustard seeds, fennel seeds and fenugreek seeds and dry roast them. • once they cool down blend them to get a fine powder. • Add this powdered masala to the garlic mixture. • Add salt and vinegar. Mix well. • Enjoy this instant garlic pickle
