Blue: 3 boxes blue jello 1 envelope unflavored gelatin 3 cups boiling water Blend together until gelatin is dissolved Pour blue mixture into lightly greased 9X13 pan. Allow to set. Red: 4 boxes red jello 1 envelope unflavored gelatin 4 cups boiling water Blend together until gelatin is dissolved Cut the blue jello into one inch strips. Remove every other strip, leaving stripes. Pour 3 tablespoons of red into each of the blank spaces between blue. Allow to set in the fridge. White: 1/2 cold water 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin 1 1/2 cup boiling water 1 can sweetened condensed milk Combine cold water with unflavored gelatin and allow to sit for two minutes. Add boiling water to gelatin and stir until dissolved. Add sweetened condensed milk and stir until uniform. Pour 3 tablespoons of white mixture over red. Allow to set in the fridge. Pour 1 1/4 cup red over the entire surface of the jello. Allow to set in the fridge. Pour 1 1/4 cup white over red. Allow to set. Continue alternating layers until all the red and white mix is used. Once pan is completed. Allow to set for a few hours or over night. Cut in strips long ways.
