She don't even need the heat on high. It actually cooks super fast. Alright. Now we're just going to add a little bit of Himalayan pink salt. A little bit of black pepper. Little bit of chives. I love this recipe because you can really use whatever you want. Gonna put a little bit of garlic just right in the middle. Next. Cheese. You can use whatever kind of cheese you want. I like using the the Craft Mexican four cheese blend but you can really use whatever you want. Uh little bit more. We're almost ready. This cooks super fast. Um I also like to add a little bit of bacon. You can cook your own bacon but I just I just I think this is so much easier so I just buy it like this. Just sprinkle it on in. Alright. That looks perfect. Little bit more bacon. And then we are almost ready. Perfect. So now what we're going to do I'm just going to mix this up a little bit more. Make sure see it's already starting to cook. Gonna make sure everything's incorporated nicely. The eggs with the cheese, the bacon, the seasonings. Alright. Alright. Last step. I'm so excited to show this to you. It's so good. Another tortilla. We just put it right on top. We have some melted butter here and we're just going to brush the top of the tortilla with the melted butter. And this is already cooking. It's I mean this is so fast. I love making this. It's a one pan breakfast. And you can really customize it however you like. So just to recap I used for this recipe I used butter. So I greased the bottom of the pan with butter. And then I put down a a tortilla. A large tortilla. I poured my eggs on top of the tortilla and then I just kind of mixed them up. Um and then on top of that I added some shredded cheese. I added I I like using this this Mexican four cheese blend. I also added some chives, salt, pepper, a little bit of garlic, a little bit of bacon. And you can really customize this however you want. That's why I love I love making this. It's so simple. It's so easy. So it cooks up pretty fast. Alright, so let's see. I think it is time to flip this but there's one more thing I like to do. My favorite part of this whole dish. So, we're going to put a little bit more cheese on here right before we flip it. My favorite thing about this is the the way the cheese melts when it cooks on the bottom. It gets a little bit crispy and it's so good. Alright. So now what I'm going to do going to go around. Perfect. Alright. We're going to flip this thing. Alright. So we need to flip this. So, what I'm going to do here, going to get my utensils underneath. Perfect. Alright, perfect. There we go. So, we got one underneath. We're going to get this one underneath. Okay, perfect. So now, we're just going to flip this whole thing. Here we go 123 Perfect Alright. So, we are almost ready. You see it. It's perfectly cooked here. We have this nice toasted tortilla and now we just literally it's the eggs inside are already cooked because it's been sitting for a few minutes. So, we just have to let the bottom tortilla get a little bit crisp and then I'm going to cut into this and you're going to see how amazing it looks. It's my favorite breakfast. I love making this. It's so easy. You just throw everything into one pan and slice it up and you can really you can really make this dish however you want you can doctor it up however you like it so we are almost ready here I'm just going to finish this with a little bit of chives right on top and again you can use whatever you like whatever kind of cheese you like any vegetables you can add meat you can leave the meat out but this is an amazing tortilla omelette. I love making this dish and I think we're about ready. I'm just going to check this side. Oh yeah this is looking so good. Okay So couple more seconds and then all I'm going to do is take the pan off of the heat. I think we're about ready. I'm just going to check it one more time. Me just look here to see how this cheese is coming along. Oh wow this is looking amazing. Okay. So we're almost ready just a few more seconds and then I'm going to transfer this to my plate. We just have a few more seconds to let this sit here. I'm actually going to use my pizza cutter. We're going to slice right into this and you're going to see how delicious this looks on the inside. Alright. Here we go. Just a few seconds. We're just letting the cheese melt and the bottom tortilla get a little bit crispy just like this piece. Oh wow. Is looking amazing alright so I think it's ready so I'm actually going to turn off my heat okay I'm going to lift this up I'm just going to put my pan right down here and then I'm actually going to transfer this to a plate. So, I'm going to transfer this to a plate so I can cut it open. This is looking amazing. Alright, here we go. I'm just going to transfer this to a plate so I can cut it open and this is going to look truly beautiful. So, all we're going to do here, I'm going to move this. I'm going to bring my plate right over. Alright, here we go. Okay. Okay. Now, I'm just going to put this right on my plate, right on my plate. Make sure it's not sticking. Oh, this is going to be amazing. Alright, here we go. So, now, I'm going to put this right on the plate. Look at that. Looks so amazing. The melted cheese. Okay. So now all we're going to do is I'm going to cut into this. I'm going to cut into this. With my pizza cutter. We're going to use a little bit more chive right on top. And we have an amazing delicious tortilla omelette. The whole family loves this. Again you can make it however you'd like. But let me just show you a slice of this. It looks truly amazing. It's hot. Look at that. We have our egg. We have our bacon. It looks amazing. Yum.
