Cranberry Orange Scones with Cranberry Sauce
I love cranberry sauce with my turkey at Christmas so I thought I would make a scone based on the ingredients in cranberry sauce. We will be having cranberry and orange scones at breakfast on Boxing Day with butter, clotted cream and leftover cranberry sauce. If you haven’t got time to make your own cranberry sauce a good shop bought sauce will also be lovely. Scones freeze beautifully so I won’t need to get up early on Boxing Day to make these. I will just take them out of the freezer and defrost them wrapped in foil in a hot oven!
