Violet Iced Tea
Iced Tea Recipe: Put approximately ½ ounce (¼ cup) of loose tea into a small container. Pour boiling water over the tea to cover. Let steep 5 minutes, strain out leaves into a ½ gallon (8 cup) container and add cold water to fill. Stir and refrigerate. For an Extra Sweetness: Violet Simple Syrup: ½ cup water, ½ cup sugar, 2 tbsp Simpson & Vail's Violet Black Tea, boil & simmer for 5 mins
Jamaican Hibiscus Iced Tea Recipe
Ingredients: 8 cups boiling water 2 cups dried hibiscus blossoms 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger 1 cup sugar 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice Instructions: Pour boiling water over hibiscus flowers, ginger and sugar in a large pot. Stir and cover and steep for 1 hour. Strain out the herbs and add the lime juice. Chill and serve over ice.

Ingredients: 1 cup apple cider 1 tsp Apple Cinnamon Coffeecake tea 1½ tsp lemon juice Instructions: Bring the apple cider just to boiling in a saucepan on the stove. Add the tea and steep for 3 minutes. Strain out the tea and add the lemon juice. Pour into molds and freeze.
