Difficulty: Easy This easy DIY shows you how to cut any sweatshirt (hoodie, crewneck, etc.) to be off-the-shoulder. I always prefer cutting my sweatshirts because I feel like it makes them comfier and more flattering! Here’s what you will need for this tutorial: • Any hoodie or crewneck sweatshirt. Either will work. • Fabric scissors. These are a must! Safety scissors are just not sharp enough to cut through fabric. Fabric scissors are like $10 and will last you quite a while! • Optional: A pencil. Although I didn’t use one here, if you are worried about cutting too much off you can trace your circle with a pencil first.
