I want to stop dieting and heal my relationship with food
As a Registered Dietitian & Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I don't think it's bad or wrong for anyone to want to lose weight. That's so normal in our world! Most of our clients still want to lose weight, but they've accepted the fact that intentional weight loss efforts have never served them long term or worked for them longterm, so they want to break free of the diet cycle.
What did you do this weekend?
I was clearly in the mood for tacos so I leaned into that craving and satisfied it the best way possible by eating tacos. 🌮

😬Once upon a time you used to find me firmly camped out in diet culture... avoiding carbs, deeming fruit too sugary and never ever everrrrrr eating sweets. Where it led me personally?
