But have you noticed that when you add a crunchy layer to your cake, it ends up getting soggy due to all the cake moisture?

A great hack from @zazamarcelle that I've tried is to use cocoa butter to coat the crunchy mix.This will literally “waterproof” your crunch layer, without adding any extra sweetness to it. Cocoa butter can be hard to find so coconut oil is also a good substitute!

The result: a cake with 1,2,3 or more thin layers of crunchiness that will STAY crunchy a few days down the line 🤤
