The hot one has a hot water heater that helps warm the water. The cold one has an ice machine next to it. We dump all the ice in to get the cold down to where we want before going in! We have done this for years and it takes time to get used to it! There are so many health benefits! Have questions?? I'll answer them?? It's been one of our favorite things to do."
