Here’s an easy, healthy baked chip recipe made with lentils. They’re high in protein and kid friendly too! Save this recipe for the next time you’re craving chips esp if you’re like me- loves chips but can never stop at one. I then feel bloated and horrible because of all the oil and fat in regular chips so these lentil chips are just perfect! Hope you try it & follow @chefaashti for more vegan recipes. 

Lentil Chips

Ingredients:
* 1 cup red lentils (red masoor dal) soaked in water for 1-2 hours
* 1 cup water
* ¾-1 tsp salt (or to taste)
* 1/2 tsp lemon juice (optional) 
* 1 tsp chilli powder
* 2 tbsp any neutral oil like sunflower 

INSTRUCTIONS
 
* Wash & Soak your lentils in water for a few hours.

You guys…I am OBSESSED with these lentil chips. I’ve made them twice this week so I had to share the recipe on my feed because they are ELITE. 🤤 If you’re a chip girly like me this is such a great option!!
