Breakfast: Matcha Chia Pudding (& Decaf Soy Latte)

This brekky is a very delicious and nourishing way to start the day, with good amounts of omega-3s, Vitamin C, K, protein (15g), selenium, and a nice little boost from the matcha. Make sure to mix your milk and matcha to avoid clumps before adding the rest of the ingredients.

Ingredients:

- 1/3 tsp matcha
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1/4 cup soy yogurt
- 1.5 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 kiwi
- 2 brazil nuts

Instructions: 

1. Combine the matcha and milk and whisk to remove clumps, then stir in the yogurt and chia seeds with some optional sweetener.
