Kira Willey on Instagram: "Practice gratitude with your kiddos with this rhythm-based Spring rhyme. Quick and easy to learn, and a great way to start the day at home or in the classroom! 🌸🌱 Speak it, sing it, add motions, or come up with your own variation–make it your own! I’d love to hear how it goes. 😊 #kidsmusic #kidsmindfulness #gratitude #kidsyoga #rhythm #rhymes" K4 Classroom, Music Class Games, Class Games, Preschool Songs, Mindfulness For Kids, English For Kids, Music Class, Yoga For Kids, Practice Gratitude

Lena Leon | Elementary Music Class Made Fun on Instagram: "Kindergarteners approved 😎😍! “We are gathered” by Lynn Kleiner is a classic in my curriculum. You can find it on Spotify. Find the link in my stories “playlists”✨ This song has sooooo many possibilities to add percussions, rotations, and Orff instruments, or even play with dynamics…. today we explored rhythmic echoes with our parachute🤩 I needed to keep it simple and low prep this week before our spring break. Even though is an easy going activity, the learning process is way more than just a fun activity. It requires attentive listening, decision-making, concentration, cooperation, and sensitivity to rhythm and tone, singing in tune, and playing with others in musical time. Irina Gorin Piano Pedagogy on Instagram: "Rhythmic activities play a vital role in developing a strong sense of timing for young pianists. Watch as little Mila engages in fun, interactive exercises using plastic plates, containers, and foam balls to create various clapping and tapping patterns. These activities help internalize rhythm and improve overall musicality. By repeating different rhythmic patterns and movements, students learn to feel the beat physically, making it easier to transfer this skill to the piano. Regular practice of these exercises enhances coordination, timing, and the ability to recognize and reproduce rhythmic patterns in music.
For the background music I use a Chinese Song called "Cuckoo", that could be found on YouTube
