Mylene Dumandan on Instagram: "Tuna Melt Quesadilla Ingredients: Canned Tuna - 1 can (180g) Onion, minced - 1 small Carrot, grated - 1 small Red Bell Pepper, minced - 1 small Mushroom, minced - 100g All Purpose Cream - 4-5 Tbsp Cheese - 50g Salt Pepper Tortilla Wrap Instructions: First, make sure to drain the tuna because we will not be using oil or water. Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the onion, followed by the shredded carrot, minced bell pepper, and minced mushrooms. Cook the vegetables for a few minutes before adding the tuna. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in cream and grated cheese. Let it cook while stirring until the mixture thickens. To assemble: Lay down the tortilla and spread the tuna mixture on half of the tortilla. Place cheese on top of tuna mixture.
