The creamy cottage cheese is blitzed up with oats, vanilla and egg to make a light sponge cake topping for our frozen berries. So delicious with a drizzle of honey! Make the night before then pop in the airfryer for 10 minutes in the morning for a high protein breakfast that’ll keep you full till lunch 🤩 Serves 2-3 Preheat the oven to 180C. Place 100g porridge oats, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 2 heaped tbsp cottage cheese, 2 eggs in a high speed blender. Blitz till smooth.
