Meredith Munoz on Instagram: "High protein French toast This is the easiest way to meal prep French toast! d’EATS -1 loaf challah bread cut into 2” slices -2 eggs -1 cup milk -1/2 cup greek yogurt -1 tsp cinnamon -1 tbsp maple syrup How to: Start by slicing your bread into 2” pieces and setting to the side. In a shallow dish mix your Greek yogurt and milk until til combined. Mix your eggs in a separate bowl then add them to your milk mixture. Add in your cinnamon and maple syrup and mix well. Add about 5 slices of your bread to your mixture letting them sit for 20 seconds then flipping them to make sure all sides are coated. In a large skillet heat 1/2 tbsp of butter on medium heat. INGREDIENTS 2 packages of Pizza Crust + ingredients needed to make pizza crust Gravy (3 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp flour, and 2 cups of milk) 8-10 pieces of bacon 4 eggs scrambled Shredded cheddar cheese Shredded Mozzarella cheese Salt and pepper INSTRUCTIONS Cook bacon in the oven at 400 degrees F on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
