The dates get sliced into thin strips and sit in some olive oil and lemon juice along with some finely diced shallot, salt and loads of Parmesan. Source: @lifewithmarq Mango Salad Thai mango inspired salad. Ingredients: 2 Mangos, unripe, sliced • 3-4 Persian Cucumbers, sliced • 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, sliced • 1/4 c. Cilantro, minced 4 Mint Leaves, chopped (optional) Sauce: 1 Tbsp. Chili Oil • 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce • 2-4 Tbsp. Lime, squeezed • 1 Tbsp. Honey • 1 Tbsp. Garlic Paste • 1-2 Thai Chili, smashed Salt, to taste Peanuts, for garnish Instructions: To a bowl, combine mangos, cucumbers, bell pepper, red onion and cilantro.
