Try hips cars if your hips are stiff, you can barely sit in a deep squat comfortably, and you have tight hips that just won’t give up…. Any hip car motion will be great to improve hip mobility. This one in particular feels amazing and will strengthen the hip flexors (front of hip) and abductors (outside of hip), which are both responsible for the smooth motion of your hip joint and rotational mobility of the legs.
