Start by blanching the pork ribs with green onion, ginger, and cooking wine in water to remove any blood and unpleasant odor. 2. Then, heat some oil and add rock sugar to caramelize it. 3. Add the pork ribs and stir-fry until they are browned. 4. Pour in some hot water, along with green onions, ginger, light soy sauce 1 tbsp, oyster sauce 1 tbsp, vinegar 2 tbsp, and salt. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes. 5. Finally, add another spoonful of vinegar and simmer over high heat to reduce the sauce. 6. Ready to bake when guests arrive. Recipe: • sliced bread 🥖 (any kind) baguette works the best •1 lbs roughly chopped raw shrimp •1 lbs roughly chopped immatation crab(optional real crab) •1/2 cup chopped green onions or more if prefer. •2 egg white ( help filling get puffy and fluffy) •1/2 cup mayonnaise •1/2 teaspoon ground pepper •1 teaspoon sugar •1 teaspoon garlic salt Mix well together and refrigerated for 15 minutes.
