Ingredients: 8 oz pasta (linguine or fettuccine) 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined 2 tbsp olive oil 3 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup chicken broth 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated 1 tsp chili flakes (optional) 1 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, chopped Fresh basil for garnish Directions: Cook pasta until al dente; reserve 1/2 cup pasta water. Sauté shrimp in olive oil until pink. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, sauté garlic, add broth, cream, Parmesan, chili flakes, and sun-dried tomatoes. Simmer until thickened. Toss in pasta, shrimp, and reserved pasta water as needed.
