I’m a huge fan of tofu—it’s a delicious, affordable source of protein that I make weekly 🫶 1️⃣ start by draining the water from your tofu container and wrapping the block in paper towels. place on a dish or cutting board and place a heavy item on top to press. leave for 30 minutes for best results. 2️⃣ after the tofu is pressed, slice the block into small, even cubes. add to a mixing bowl and coat with 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 2 tbsp starch of choice (arrowroot, tapioca, cornstarch). 3️⃣

This one has really wowed me. 👀 My current favorite sauce is the gochujang sauce which is made with basically mayo, gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and grated garlic. AND! if you use the vacuum packed extra firm tofu, you don’t even need to press it. AMAZING. (It also does work with extra firm tofu in water - just make sure to press it first.) Air Fryer Tofu: - Cornstarch - Nutritional yeast - Any spice mix that you like - Soy sauce - Avocado oil or olive oil And yes you can make this without nutritional yeast if you don’t have it / don’t know where to buy it / just don’t want to buy it. 😁 You’ll just slightly increase the cornsta
