Even if it’s just a couple loaves a week! 2️⃣ You don’t need fancy equipment when you are starting out. I started with cheap 50 cent plastic bowls and tea towels as my liners when I first started. I baked with 2 Dutch ovens for 6+months before I switched to open baking, then 9+ months till I invested into a bread oven and other equipment. 3️⃣ Set realistic goals. As in, if you are going to your first farmer’s market, it’s ok if you only bring 10 loaves. 4️⃣ Find out what you love to bake and really nail down a couple of those items. Producing less options, but excellent options is better than a massive menu and subpar menu items. 5️⃣ Don’t wear yoursel

My best tips: 1. Put a banner with your business name at the BACK of your booth, not the front.
