black ticked tabby (maybe heterozygous for mackerel)
as always i’m NOT a veterinary professional but here are my guesses for what could be going on:
- cleft palate
- deviated septum
- based on the distance between the eyes, this could be a case of “mild” diprosopus, aka craniofacial duplication, aka a janus cat (idk if mild is the correct term to use but i can’t find any terms for the different “levels” of diprosopus as it’s so rare)
