A special update/note to readers on Academia.edu: Thank you so far for your kind words and deep conversations. I didn't expect this at all. I want to say that, ultimately, this book is one perspective out of many. Finally, I haven't edited the book yet, and I plan on omitting one chapter and finishing a chapter called Zero (at the very end). Also, I recommend everyone to read progressively without skipping, otherwise you could misaim your understanding in a direction which I did not contemplate.
I am very open to any feedback, and firmly believe that the purpose of any debate is to first gain an understanding of the other person's perspective (and then making a decision on your designated "truth value"). If I am convinced of another's perspective and believe it to be more reasonable/logical, I will change the information in my book and cite him or her. I appreciate any and all feedback.
Sincerely,
Thomas Braun
