We use these during the summer. I absolutely love them. 1-3 minute math depending on the level. What an easy, great way to ensure a child does not forget everything over summer holidays.

1 minute math! I really like how this book introduces math facts slowly as a child is mastering them. Great for summertime or anytime.

How To Memorize Addition Facts In 6 Weeks Without Flashcards - Blue and Hazel
Here's the 6 week program we used alongside our regular math curriculum to REALLY learn addition facts up to 20. Using 10 frames each day, counters, a daily math game, and a daily worksheet, my kids learned to add in their head and have a better understanding of how to find the answer! Math Facts That Stick by Kate Snow is just awesome. #mathfacts #homeschooling #elementarymath #blueandhazel

Enjoying Great Life
This write up is excellent and a must read! I plan on making math journals and have the students work on them once a week instead of their textbook. Math Mondays sound nice. Sounds like a wonderful way to make math meaningful to the child!
Math 3 Textbook
We do teaching textbook from grade three and up. I really like that the student is corrected immediately after each math problem with the computer program. This prevents the student doing many questions wrong before the lesson is corrected. Sometimes learning something wrong sticks and is difficult to relearn correctly. There is a lecture before every lesson which is multi-sensory. The lecture is seen, heard and requires some participation from the student. Using Teaching Textbook has also helped me from sitting beside the student and doing their math for them as they watch when they ask a question (not my goal of teaching independence and responsibility for one's work :} )
