✨Inspired by Sweets LLC✨ on Instagram: "I spent hours in the kitchen practicing when I first started, so let me save you some time (and money) by sharing some tips!📝⏳ 1. 🌡️The temperature of your environment matters, especially if you’re adding toppings to your pretzels like sanding sugar. If your environment is too cold your chocolate will begin to set rapidly, once dipped and your toppings will not adhere to the chocolate! My temp is usually at 74°-76° when dipping. 🌬️🍫 2. 🙅🏽‍♀️ Don’t scrape off the excess chocolate. I use to dip my pretzels and scrape the chocolate off the bottom before setting it down to dry. When you do this, you leave the entire back of the pretzel exposed which will cause the pretzel to go stale quicker especially if it is left out on a dessert table for hours
