They provide around 6 grams of fiber per medium-sized sweet potato. Enjoy them baked, mashed, or roasted. Greek yogurt - 1.33 servings has 20g of protein. I love to enjoy this high protein powerhouse by mixing it with muddled-up berries, 1 tsp of honey and topping it with Alyssa’s oat bites. Pair it with 3 Jones chicken sausages for 9 more grams of protein! And no I don’t mix them together. That would be gross! 🤢 Berries - besides the fact that fruit is nature’s dessert, berries have tons of fiber! 1 cup of raspberries/blackberries contain 8g of fiber! I add them to yogurt bowls, pair them with my egg scrambles or eat as dessert after my dinner meal. Spaghetti squash - Poke it with a fork on all sides, microwave for 5 minutes, cut off stem end and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out flesh/seeds. Spray with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Place cut side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Make strands with a fork. Taco meat - 1 lb 93/7 grass fed ground beef + 1 packet Siete taco seasoning. I’ll keep using Siete as long as they don’t add junk into their ingredients. Yes, I know they sold out! I’m as annoyed as you all are, trust me! 😂 Add a little Greek yogurt for more protein. Cottage cheese - I prefer selecting a lactose free version. Mix it with Greek yogurt and a little honey and berries or add it to your next egg white scramble! Lentils - these tiny legumes are packed with 8 grams protein and 5 grams fiber per cup cooked. They’re incredibly filling and a great plant-based protein. Add them to soups or salads. Oats - choose glyphosate free if you can! These have 5 grams of fiber and keep me FULL. I love making cookie dough overnight oats and warming them up the next morning. Chicken breast - best protein prep of mine is to put 2 lbs chicken into crockpot, add 16 oz salsa verde, 1 tsp cumin and 1 tsp salt. Cook 4-5 hours on low and shred. Top it onto a sweet potato. Yum! #10 in comments ⬇️ | TAMMI KUTHAN | Midlife Fat Loss Coach for Women 40+

However, once I finally bit the bullet, ordered a castor oil pack and did my first session, I could not believe I waited so long. Castor oil packs are now a staple in my healthy hormone routine that I cannot live without!
