How To Make WINTER IMMUNITY CUBES
Difficulty: Easy Via IG - kalejunkie | All ingredients is • 1/2 lemon, chopped • 1 carrot, chopped • 1 tsp ground turmeric • 1 tsp black pepper • 2-3 pieces raw ginger • 1/3 cup Manuka honey • 1 orange, chopped • 1/2 cup coconut milk (optional) • 3 cups water or coconut water Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes. You can strain into a cheese cloth, but I am lazy and don’t do it bc I don’t mind the texture. Transfer to an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.

One of the best drinks you will ever try! Star Fruit + Green Tea + Ginger
Thank you @markbalet for the recipe. 1. Wash 12-16 oz of ginger and cut 2. Wash 2-3 fingers of Turmeric and cut 3. Add Ginger Turmeric and water to blender 4. Blend until it turns into a paste 5. Add 1/2 Gallon (or more) to large pot 6. Bring water to a boil 7. Add Ginger and Turmeric paste to boiling water 8. Add 1/2 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper 9. Add 1/2 teaspoon of Black Pepper 10. Cover pot and boil only 10 minutes 11. Remove from Heat and let it sit 2+hours (covered) 12.
