Fantastic heavy work activity for school or home as a movement or sensory break that’s regulating. Depending on the age and ability of the child you can make the ball heavier or lighter. This is very organising and calming for the body. I’d also recommend this as a break during homework to aid attention and concentration. Use code ‘JUNE’.
