 Start with small, achievable bite sized goals and build your way up from there.

2. Balanced Diet 🥗
Focus on whole foods, plenty of veggies, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Avoid processed foods and added sugars.

Mix cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises. Even 30 minutes a day makes a difference. Doing this 4-5x week will make an impact!
