Char + Marv | Urban Garden on Instagram: "This is old school but still an economic way to build a trellis for peas, cucumbers and several other vining plants. Twine is versatile and inexpensive which makes it ideal for the garden. You can use it for trellis, tie up plants like tomatoes and many more. Jute is a good choice, but we went with 100% cotton butcher twine which is natural, stronger and is biodegradable. You can also use this in the kitchen. A roll of 200’ • 60m cost me less than $5 and it’s thick and strong. A lot stronger the Jute. #instagood #gardening #igtips #garden #gardenproject #trellis #oldschool" Trellis For Peas, Zucchini Trellis, Homemade Trellis, Build A Trellis, Squash Trellis, Cucumber Trellis Diy, Bean Trellis, Simple Trellis, Pea Trellis

Joanna Brown 🌸 Your new gardening friend! on Instagram: "Add vertical growing space to your garden with a trellis. Here we use cattle panels to create a simple and inexpensive arch trellis in our raised bed garden.

Materials needed: cattle panels, t-posts, zip ties
1️⃣: Pound t-posts into the ground
2️⃣: Shape the panel into an arch and set inside of t-posts. The tension from the bend will keep the panel in place.
3️⃣: Secure by using zip ties wrapped around both the t-post and cattle panel wire.
4️⃣: Plant climbing vegetables and watch them grow! Cucumbers, Beans, Indeterminate Tomatoes, Melons, and Vining Squash are all great options. 🥒🍅🫛
