I thought I would share it now with you on my page 😊 The key is to not hold it too high or too low and to move only the top chopstick. I definitely recommend practicing when you have time and are NOT hungry - practicing on an empty stomach can be frustrating 😅 The word chopsticks 🥢 in Japanese is “hashi” we pay respect by adding an “o” to the beginning of the word “ohashi”.
