2 cups fresh organic ginger root (washed + any weird bits cut off, no need to fully peel)

Juice of 3-4 organic lemons 

2-3 cups filtered water 

1-2 Tablespoons of turmeric powder (or you can use the full turmeric root if you have access to it!) 

1-2 Tablespoon of raw honey 

Pinch of black pepper 

Blend the ginger, lemons, and water in a high speed blender. 

Pour into a straining bag and strain. 

Pour the strained ginger lemon juice back in the blender and add turmeric powder, pepper, honey. Blend until combined. 

Store in the fridge

I like more watered down (aka i enjoy drinking it), instead of burn your throat ginger.

To make the juice: 
🫚💧💧💧🍋🍋🍯

🫚-1 part ginger
💦- 3 parts clean filtered water
🍋- 1 to 2 lemons (depending on how juicy they are)
🍯-1/2 cup or honey (less or more depending on how sweet you like it)

- Soak ginger for about 2-4 hours
- Wash off any dirt with a clean soft brush
- Blend with water in a high speed blender
- Strain juice through a fine mesh strainer. 
- Add in  lemon juice and honey
- Shake vigorously.
- Refrigerate for up to 5 days or enjoy immediately over ice.
