Rose water can be used for a wide range of home uses, from cooking, baking or even perfumes and skin care. I love to add it to my home baking to give it a slight floral favour. Just be careful not to over do it, as even a few drops can be very strong.

I like to use fresh organic roses from my garden to make my rose water, as I know where they have been. You can use roses bought in the shops to do this, as it will work, but I personally wouldn’t. Those roses will usually have quite a few things sprayed onto the petals, which will end up in your rose water.
