I slayed try and make my snacks well balanced when I can so I included ways that I would add to these things to make them more filling and satisfying! Because….eating goldfish alone is delicious BUT not very filling so pairing them with cheese & veggies adds some protein & fiber that are 2 things that will add to the satiation factor!
