Ingredients (for one serve):
150g x Extra lean beef mince 300g x spudlite potatoes 1 cup x frozen veg (peas/corn/carrot) 30g x mozzarella cheese
100ml x chicken stock 15g x tomato paste Salt & pepper Herbs (rosemary, thyme and parsley) 1tbsp x worcestershire sauce (I didn’t have any but you can definitely add this in)  Method: Start by preparing your mashed potatoes and set aside (I literally just steamed my potatoes, seasoned and then mashed with a fork once soft, but if you’d like to make yours fancier then that then go for it!).
