5.2K views · 183 reactions | I used Retique Liquid Wood products to refinish the table top. I discovered @retiqueliquidwood last year when I turned my mdf front door into a real wood looking door.  Here are the steps I took and the colors I used.

1. Clean the table really well. I like to use Klean Strip liquid Sandpaper.

2. Brush on one coat of Retique It Wood N Primer. Let it dry.

3. Brush on one coat of Retique It Wood N Stain color Barn Wood. Let it dry.

4. In smaller areas (I worked with about 8” bands) brush on Retique It Wood N Stain in color Pickled Oak.  Then go over that with the graining tool in a rocking motion.  I like to play with it until I get the pattern I like. 

5. After the table is dry brush on Polytique It Top Coat.
